Returns & refunds

As a consumer you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase without justification.

Write to the contact email with your order number and we will give you the steps to follow for the return.

Once the return is received and checked, we will refund the amount paid using the same payment method as the purchase, as soon as possible.

For hygiene and safety, some products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal if they have been used. Items must be returned in good condition and with their packaging.
