We process the data you provide when you contact us, subscribe or place an order: name, email, postal address and contact details, as well as your order data.

To manage your orders and enquiries, maintain the commercial relationship and, if you authorise it, send you communications about news and offers.

The legal bases are the performance of the sales contract, compliance with legal obligations, your consent for marketing communications and our legitimate interest in managing the customer relationship.

We keep your data for as long as the relationship lasts and thereafter for the legally required periods (tax and accounting obligations). When no longer needed, it is securely deleted.

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required or with providers needed to deliver the service (payment gateway, shipping or email), acting as data processors.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the contact email, attaching proof of identity.

If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
